Lost his marbles? No, I'd say he makes some good points, although I disagree with his casual assessment of the impact of the Watergate break-in...he deserved what he got in the end but, policy-wise, he was a groundbreaking President.
This guy Fell, for right or wrong, did violate the hell out of the FBI's confidentiality and ethics clauses...and that, too, is a crime.
When I was a kid, my mom always said "Two wrongs don't make a right"...I think it applies.
