I hate it when anyone does this, Republican or Democrat.
The difference between you and me, Gonz, is that when the Republicans do something questionable the first response is "Clinton did it, too". Usually that's not even true, but even if it is, you and the Republican apologists quickly chime in "the Dems did it too".
I'm disgusted by this article because the Dems promised reform and that people interviewed for this article didn't seem to mind.
But even if the Dems did try to reform things, I have no doubt the Republicans would go right back to 'business as usual' if and when then get back in power. The old Lucy pulls the football out away when Charlie kicks it - over and over again.
The elected liberals and conservatives play us all for fools. Nothing changes.
I disagree with your assertion the the GOP would change things back if Dems reformed government. I would counter that if a principled Congress reformed politics, it wouldn't matter who came after them it would still be undone.
