Rocky Anderson vs. Sean Hannity

Wish I had a transcript, but instead, I'll have to just link to the Google Video. Note that the first five sentences out of Hannity's mouth all contain attacks on Anderson, rather than on the issue at hand.

Edited: and then he talks about soldiers whose families are in the audience, as if their service is relevant to whether Bush lied to obtain their service.

Err...."lied to obtain service"?

Last I looked, no one was drafted anymore.

I haven't seen this yet but I do know that Hannity was extremely pissed off at Anderson for some reason.

And I have to laugh my ass off when some leftist punk whines about "ad hominem attacks".

Take the top two blogs: FreeRepublic on the right and DailyKos on the left. Count the ad hominems and name calling.

Now, continue to cry about ad hominem attacks you fucking hypocrite.

Hmm, stop loss orders, extending tours of duty, reducing time between deployments... You sure nobody's being drafted?

And I can count the ad hominems on this blog right now.

Heck, how about this post?

Left: 0 attacks
Right: 2 attacks "leftist punk" "you fucking hypocrite"

Hey, this is fun! Let's go back a bit more.

Left: "Are you really that thick?"
Right: "you left-freaks" "Bush Derangement Syndrome again." "either one of you drones" "the liberal robots you're becoming" "my confused friend"

Childish, moronic postings and propaganda bring out the worst in me I suppose. :-D

I watched the debate on TV. It was about as entertaining as a boxing match at the Special Olympics.

Ok, make that 3. :-)

I think Craig's comment was an equal opportunity bash (heh).

Yes, it was equal opportunity bashing. I liked Rocky before he got on his current anti-Bush tirade. Not that I like Bush, but what Rocky didn't think about is that if Bush is impeached, Cheney takes over.

I also don't care for Hannity. He's like all the other radio talk show hosts that think they're God's gift to the airwaves. He "interviews" and "discusses" by not letting the opposition talk long enough to get their point out. Constant interruptions, etc.

As for the debate, neither side followed the rules they had setup before the debate.

Polls here in Utah show that Hannity won. No surprise since this is *the* conservative stronghold in the country. My opinion is that the debate was a draw.

Maybe, but I was responding to "Childish, moronic postings and propaganda".
