If the Cuban healthcare system is so great, as Moore intimates, why does my wife's family have to send money and medicine to their relatives down there to literally keep them alive?

He didn't say the Cuban system was "so great". He said that it has some good things about it.
He says we should take the profit out of the system so that the mandate that every company has to make a profit doesn't affect life and death decisions made by insurance companies.
Food for thought. Good point to think about.
