Quotes too good to pass up

I must be tired. So I'll go back to lurking, and only echo Patrick's "eeuw," and state that nothing makes my night like a woman-hating creep spewing idiocy and worshiping at the altar of Ann Coulter.

The comment isn't worthy of the original post, which was:
The mental pollution of feminism extends well beyond the question of great thinkers. Women do not write hard science fiction today because so few can hack the physics, so they either write romance novels in space about strong, beautiful, independent and intelligent but lonely women who finally fall in love with rugged men who love them just as they are, or stick to fantasy where they can make things up without getting hammered by critics holding triple Ph.D.s in molecular engineering, astrophysics and Chaucer. This is bullshit. Several women are damn good hard SF writers; in fact, many non-hard SF women authors write hard SF when the mood strikes them (like LeGuin). Although, I have to say that the majority of hard SF writers are men. Most of them are scientists or engineers like Baxter, Benford, Reynolds, et al. but, then again, the majority of scientists and engineers are men.
Jeez, Garrett, leave it to you to post a cheap comment from a provocative thread when the topic itself is the better issue.
