I love it how...
1) the Dems try to smear DeLay on issues that are endemic to Congress as a whole.
2) the MSM picks up on it and trumpets it.
3) finally, the Democratic brownshirts grab the story full throttle and come up with stupid websites where they slander the current target (DeLay).
Why don't one of you folks actually post a news article that shows DeLay did something wrong that no one else did.
The Congress as a whole doesn't threaten federal judges.
How accurate can a blog post be that names Delay as...
"Tom Delay, Republican Senate Majority Leader..."
Ummm....sorry, he's the House Majority Leader. These bloggers are so worked up they can't distinguish between Bill Frist and Tom Delay.
But it the end, the blogger quite accurately notes that DeLay's comments do not rise to the level of a threat...soemthing you seemed to have missed with your cite.
What makes you think I missed it?
Just because it might not be legally actionable doesn't mean it wasn't a threat.
It wasn't a threat and Nancy Pelosi and the other shrill Left say far worse on an almost daily basis.
