Tillman/Lynch hearing

You know it's a bad sign for the Administration when Waxman and Davis give the same opening statement...

I finally got the chance to watch this.

Wow.

In Lynch's case, I'm still left wondering where the female Rambo stories came from. I'm not sure they came from anyone in the DoD. Perhaps an over-enthusiastic reporter?

In the Tillman case it's clear that there was malfeasence all over the place. I didn't like his brother's "illegal war" stance and his allusion to this being a grand conspiracy but I suppose he's entitled to his opinion.

The Lynch case is a minor issue but, certainly, a major investigation needs to be conducted in the Tillman affair to find out who was ordered to lie and why. Anything less is an insult to his memory and the armed forces.
